Contracting entity

brokerq.io is operated by Bitaker Prop Trading Teknoloji A.Ş. (Tax ID / Vergi Kimlik No: 1781837695), registered at Altunizade, Üsküdar, İstanbul 34500, Türkiye. All engagements and invoices under these Terms are with this entity.

Services

brokerQ.io provides technology services for financial brokerages, including MetaTrader 4/5 platform installation, server-to-server migration, custom plugin development, copy trading, PAMM/MAMM, prop firm tooling, risk monitoring, reporting and payment gateway integration.

We are a software and infrastructure vendor. We are not a broker, do not provide investment services or investment advice, do not handle client trading funds and are not a party to any trading activity conducted on platforms we install or maintain.

Quotes, orders and payment

• Each engagement is defined by a written quote or agreement stating scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.
• Prices listed on this website are indicative starting prices in USD; the final price is confirmed in the quote.
• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable per the schedule in the quote (typically an upfront portion and a balance on delivery).
• Recurring services (maintenance, monitoring, licences) are billed in advance for each period and can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period.

Delivery and acceptance

Deliverables are provided remotely. For migrations and installations, delivery is complete when the agreed environment is live and verified against the acceptance criteria in the scope. We schedule cut-overs outside trading hours wherever possible and provide verification reports.

Refunds and cancellations

• If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone and cannot remedy it within a reasonable cure period, you are entitled to a refund of fees paid for that undelivered milestone.
• Work already performed and delivered per the agreed scope is non-refundable.
• Either party may cancel an engagement in writing; you pay only for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any unused prepaid fees for undelivered work are refunded.
• Recurring subscriptions cancelled mid-period remain active until the end of the paid period; we do not charge further periods after cancellation.

Support and warranties

Delivered work is covered by a 30-day defect-fix warranty from acceptance, unless a longer period is agreed. Ongoing support and SLAs are available under separate maintenance agreements.

Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and products. On full payment you receive the licence or ownership rights specified in the quote for the deliverables. MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes Ltd; we are an independent vendor and are not affiliated with MetaQuotes.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential information received from the other confidential and use it only for the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before technical discussions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and contact

Unless otherwise agreed in the engagement contract, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul.
